What You'll Do

As an RBT at Spark Learning, you'll work directly with children and families to support skill development, independence, and confidence through play-based, evidence-based therapy.

Responsibilities include:

• •Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• •Deliver engaging, child-led therapy sessions that promote learning through play and meaningful interactions.
• •Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• •Collect accurate session data and track client progress.
• •Implement behavior support strategies while maintaining a positive and supportive environment.
• •Build strong relationships with clients, families, and fellow team members.
• •Collaborate with BCBAs, speech therapists, and other professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• •Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
