  • Dich erwartet ein sicherer und langfristig geplanter Arbeitsplatz als Abkanter (m/w/d) bei einem führenden Unternehmen der Blechverarbeitung und Metallbearbeitung, das hochwertige Komponenten für die Industrie herstellt.
  • Darin bist du gut:
  • CNC-Abkantpresse Bedienung: Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit mit der CNC-Abkantpresse, Fabrikat LVD und steuerst sie sicher.
  • Werkzeuge & Einrichten: Du wechselst sämtliche Werkzeuge, stellst sie vor und richtest die Abkantanlage für den Betrieb vor.
  • Korrektionen durchführen: Du führst eigenständig Korrektionen an Werkzeugen und der Anlage durch.
  • Qualitätskontrolle: Du sicherst die Qualitätsanforderungen und führst stichprobenartige Qualitätsprüfungen durch.
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung: Du wirkst bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung in der Fertigung mit und optimierst CNC-Programme für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
  • Wartung & Reinigung: Du führst allgemeine Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten an der Abkantanlage durch.
  • Das bringst du mit:
  • Wenn du eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d), Zerspannungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) mitbringst, bist du hier genau richtig!
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Bedienung von CNC-Abkantpressen
  • Du bist motiviert Neues zu lernen und überzeugst durch Zuverlässigkeit? Perfekt! Wir freuen uns auf dich!
