Unseren Kunden aus dem Anlagen-, Stahl- und Maschinenbau bieten wir im Bereich der Umformtechnik zahlreiche nützliche Leistungen. Spezialisiert haben wir uns dabei auf das fachgerechte Abkanten . Hierzu verfügt unser Team in Telgte über eine Abkantpresse LVD 220/40 mit Roboter. Zum Biegen bringt diese bei einer Abkantbreite von 4 m eine Druckkraft von 2.200 kN auf. Die in die Maschine integrierte Lasermesseinrichtung sorgt für ein exaktes Abkanten. Falls Sie eine vollautomatische Serienteilproduktion wünschen, ist diese Anlage dafür bestens geeignet.

### Ihre Aufgaben sind:

  • Kanten von Metallteilen
  • Steuerung und Überwachung des Fertigungsprozesses
  • Qualitätskontrolle

  • Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit sowie Flexibilität
  • Technisches Verständnis (Zeichnungen lesen und verstehen)
  • Selbstständiges und genaues Arbeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit
