  • Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum:r Techniker:in oder vergleichbare Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Kenntnisse im Hoch- und Ingenieurbau
  • Kenntnisse in einem Abrechnungsprogramm, idealerweise iTWO
  • Selbstständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohe Ergebnisorientierung, Organisationsgeschick und Verhandlungssicherheit

### Ihr Beitrag bei uns

  • Abrechnen von Baumaßnahmen im Hoch- und Ingenieurbau in Zusammenarbeit mit der zuständigen Bauleitung
  • Zusammenstellen der Abrechnungsunterlagen für den:die Auftraggeber:innen
  • Erkennen und Erfassen von Nachtragsleistungen
  • Aufmaßerstellung auf den Baustellen
  • Prüfen der Rechnungen von Nachunternehmen
  • Regelmäßige Pflege der Arbeitskalkulation in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der zuständigen Bauleitung
