Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zu sofort oder nach Absprache einen Abteilungsleiter (m/w/d) für unser Architekturbüro an unserem Standort in Bösel.

Als Abteilungsleiter übernehmen Sie die fachliche und organisatorische Führung unseres Planungsteams und steuern sämtliche Leistungsphasen – vom Entwurf bis zur Ausführungsplanung.

Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten:

  • · Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Architekten- und Planungsteams
  • · Steuerung und Koordination der Entwurfs-, Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplanung
  • · Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und Kosten in der Planung
  • · Enge Abstimmung mit Bauleitung, Kalkulation und Geschäftsführung
  • · Optimierung interner Planungsprozesse und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
  • · Ansprechpartner für Bauherren, Behörden und externe Fachplaner

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • · Abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur oder des Bauingenieurwesens
  • · Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Planung von Ein- und Mehrfamilienhäusern
  • · Führungserfahrung oder ausgeprägte Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • · Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Software (idealerweise Allplan)
  • · Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • · Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
