  • Abteilungsleiter Chemisch Nickel (m/w/d)
  • Vollzeit | Standort: Schorndorf
  • Für unseren Oberflächenbetrieb in Schorndorf suchen wir eine engagierte Führungskraft (m/w/d) zur Leitung der Abteilung Chemisch Nickel.
  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Fachliche Führung der Abteilung Chemisch Nickel
  • Steuerung, Überwachung und Optimierung der Beschichtungsprozesse
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und technischen Spezifikationen
  • Analyse und Behebung von Prozessstörungen sowie Umsetzung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Überwachung der Badführung, Chemikalienversorgung und Anlagenverfügbarkeit
  • Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Bereichen wie Qualitätssicherung.
  • Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Galvaniseur, technische oder chemische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Meister, Techniker oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Oberflächentechnik / Chemisch Nickel / Galvanotechnik
  • Erste oder mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einem Produktionsumfeld von Vorteil
  • Fundiertes technisches Verständnis für chemische Beschichtungsprozesse und Anlagen
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen und ERP-/Produktionssystemen von Vorteil
