Der Verein für Deutsche Schäferhunde (SV) e.V. besteht seit 1899 und ist mit rund 50.000 Mitgliedern und 1.800 Ortsgruppen in ganz Deutschland der weltweit größte Rassehundezuchtverein. Aus der Idee des Gründers, Max von Stephanitz, einen leistungsfähigen, sicheren und ausgeglichenen Hund zu schaffen, ist ein internationales Erfolgsrezept auf vier Pfoten geworden und so rangiert der Deutsche Schäferhund in vielen Ländern in der Beliebtheitsskala aller Rassehunde unangefochten auf einem Spitzenplatz.

Der Verein ist Mitglied im Verband für das Deutsche Hundewesen (VDH), der Fédération Cynologique Internationale (FCI) und der Weltunion der Vereine für Deutsche Schäferhunde (WUSV).

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n

Abteilungsleiter IT (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Leitung und Koordination des IT-Teams
  • Sicherstellung des IT-Betriebs des Vereins
  • Stetige Optimierung der vorhandenen Software und Entwicklung neuer Software
  • Planung, Koordination und Steuerung von Personal und Aufgaben unter Festlegung von Prioritäten und Schwerpunkten sowie Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Leitung von IT-Projekten sowie Steuerung der Anwendungsentwicklung
  • Ihr Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder eines verwandten Studiengangs
  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im IT-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung mit Softwareentwicklungsprozessen und Projektleitung
  • Erfahrung mit Windows, Linux, .NET/C#, WPF, SQL, GIT, Microsoft Azure, Entra, Cloud, AI
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Überzeugendes Auftreten, Selbständigkeit, Teamgeist und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
