  • Fachliche sowie disziplinarische Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden im Lager sowie dem Käseladen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung und Umsetzung von gesetzlichen Vorschriften und Verordnungen
  • Sicherstellung der Qualität und Produktivität im Wareneingang, der Lagerhaltung und im Versand
  • Koordination der Arbeitseinsatzplanung
  • Verantwortung für die Bestandsführung und Abfallentsorgung
  • Disposition von Einkaufsmaterialien, Organisation der Arbeitskleidung
  • Unterstützung bei Projekten im Verantwortungsbereich sowie kontinuierliche Analyse und Verbesserung der Arbeitsprozesse
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Logistikmeister oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildereignungsprüfung
  • SAP-Kenntnisse (Module MM und WM), sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, Führerschein für Flurförderfahrzeuge
  • Ein LKW-Führerschein ist wünschenswert, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Eigenverantwortliche, vorausschauende und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
