Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Buchbinderei / Druckweiterverarbeitung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis und Organisationsgeschick
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Leitung der Abteilung Buchbinderei / Weiterverarbeitung
  • Planung und Steuerung der Produktionsabläufe
  • Führung und Einsatzplanung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und Effizienz
  • Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen
