SMC Jobs , Ihr Spezialist für Fach- und Führungskräfte in der Gebäudetechnik, sucht im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung einen Abteilungsleiter  (m/w/d) Kältetechnik für einen etablierten Auftraggeber.

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für Projekte, Teams und Ergebnisse im Bereich Kältetechnik
  • Führung und Steuerung von Großprojekten bis 35 Mio. Euro
  • Technische und wirtschaftliche Gesamtverantwortung von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung
  • Führung, Entwicklung und Koordination des Serviceteams
  • Aktiver Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen und Sicherstellung höchster Qualitätsstandards

### Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine fundierte technische Ausbildung, z. B. ein Studium im Bereich Versorgungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation wie Meister oder Techniker im TGA-Umfeld
  • Mindestens 10- jährige Führungserfahrung als Abteilungsleiter, idealerweise in der Kälte-, Klima- oder Lüftungstechnik
  • Sie bewegen sich sicher in vertraglichen Fragestellungen und haben grundlegende Kenntnisse der VOB
  • Eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B
