Ihre Herausforderung

Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams in unserem neuen Einrichtungshaus in Bremen:

  • Sie sind für den reibungslosen Ablauf im operativen Geschäft Ihrer Abteilung zuständig
  • Sie gewährleisten eine hochwertige Kunden- und Serviceorientierung durch Ihr Führungsverhalten und Ihre Vorbildfunktion
  • Sie verantworten die vertriebsorientierte Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle aller relevanten Prozesse in Ihrer Abteilung wie Verkaufskoordination, Warenpräsentation- und Wirtschaft sowie Inventuren und Richtlinienanwendung
  • Darüber hinaus arbeiten Sie aus Ihrer Position heraus eng mit der Geschäftsleitung und unseren Bereichen Einkauf, Personal und der Verwaltung zusammen
  • Ihr Profil
  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder ein kaufmännisches Studium
  • Sie haben durch Ihre mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb und/oder Handel fundierte Branchenkenntnisse und ein sicheres Gespür im Umgang mit Kunden und Mitarbeitern
  • Ein vorbildliches Auftreten und eine vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit ist Ihnen wichtig
  • Sie sind team- und ergebnisorientiert, flexibel, durchsetzungsfähig und kommunikativ
  • Sie legen ein hohes Engagement, ausgeprägte Begeisterungsfähigkeit sowie performanceorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Handlungsfähigkeit an den Tag
  • Ihre betriebswirtschaftlichen Kenntnisse, Ihre Führungskompetenz und Ihr Organisationsgeschick runden Ihr Profil ab
