  • Sicherstellung der technischen Verfügbarkeit, Leistungsfähigkeit sowie Wartung und Instandhaltung von Inspektions- und Verpackungsanlagen
  • Steuerung technischer Themen sowie nachhaltige Problemlösung im operativen Produktionsumfeld
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Investitionsprojekten sowie Beschaffung neuer Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Optimierung technischer Prozesse, Strukturen und Anlagenperformance durch kontinuierliche Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden sowie Etablierung einer leistungsorientierten Führungskultur mit hoher Präsenz vor Ort
  • Profil:
  • Studium im Bereich Ingenieurswesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • sicherer Umgang mit Lean Management, Six Sigma und strukturierten Führungsinstrumenten
  • strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse
