Wir suchen ab sofort zur Verstärkung unseres Teams einen Abteilungsleiter / Technischen Leiter für die Galvanik (m/w/d)

\*\*Aufgaben:\*\*

  • Führung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter an der Anlage
  • Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung der Produktionsabläufe
  • Sicherstellung von Produktivität, Qualität und Termintreue
  • Einhaltung von Umwelt-, Arbeitsschutz- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Verantwortung für das Chemikalienmanagement
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Abwasserabteilung, dem Qualitätsmanagement und der Instandhaltung
  • Durchführung aller relevanten Dokumentationen
  • Kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung
  • Betreuung der Auszubildenden

Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten:

  • Ausbildung zum Oberflächenbeschichter / Galvaniseur und Weiterbildung zum Meister bzw. Techniker im Galvaniseur-Handwerk
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Galvanotechnik
  • Führungserfahrung
  • Kenntnisse in Prozessoptimierung, Qualitätsmanagement und Arbeitssicherheit
  • Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung
