Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Kundenbetreuung und Sortimentsverantwortung aller Theken, Truhen, Kühlregale des Bereichs
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Mitarbeiterführung einschließlich Erstellung der Personaleinsatzplanung
  • Quantitäts- und Qualitätskontrolle der Wareneingänge
  • Verantwortlichkeit für die Einhaltung aller relevanten Verordnungen und das HACCP-Eigenkontrollsystem einschließlich der Belehrung der Mitarbeiter
  • Überwachung und Steuerung der Kostenentwicklung der Abteilung

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung als Fachverkäufer im Lebensmittelhandwerk (Fleisch- u. Wurstwaren)
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Sortiment Fleisch/Wurst/Käse
  • Führungserfahrung
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Gutes Zahlenverständnis
  • Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
