Als Abteilungsleiter unserer Verpackung arbeiten Sie eng mit den gesamten Führungsteam des Unternehmens zusammen und sind verantwortlich für einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf in der Verpackung.

### Das erwarten wir

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, gerne im Produktions-, Lebensmittel- oder Lagerbereich, zum Beispiel als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer, Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik, Lebensmitteltechnologo mit Schwerpunkt Fleisch, Fachkraft für Lagerlostik oder vergleichbares – Quereinsteiger sind bei uns ebenfalls willkommen!
  • Sie verfügen über erste Berufserfahrung im Produktions- oder Lagerbereich
  • Sie haben bereits Erfahrung in der Teamführung? Das ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
  • Sie verfügen über ein grundlegendes technisches Verständnis
  • Sie arbeiten selbständig, zuverlässig und haben Lust Neues auszuprobieren
  • Teamgeist und gute Kommunikation gehören zu Ihren Stärken
  • Sie sind bereit ein multikulturelles Team anzuleiten
