## DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Aufbau und Entwicklung unserer Controlling-Abteilung
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Controlling-Prozessen, Kennzahlen und Reportings
  • Erstellung und Analyse von Auswertungen, Monatsreportings und Budgets
  • Durchführung von Soll-/Ist-Vergleichen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Aufbereitung und Präsentation betriebswirtschaftlicher Analysen für die Geschäftsführung und Fachbereiche
  • Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten sowie der Bilanzierung
  • Weiterentwicklung des Controllings und Aufbau eines aussagekräftigen Management-Reportings

## DEIN PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Controlling, Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder Finanzbereich
  • Erste Führungserfahrung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der HGB-Rechnungslegung
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und unternehmerisches Denken
