Das sind Deine Aufgaben

Verantwortung & Führung: An unserer Frischetheke übernimmst du die Leitung für den Fleisch-, Wurst- und Käsebereich und führst dein Team mit Erfahrung und Leidenschaft
Warenpräsentation: Du präsentierst unsere Frischwaren ansprechend und gestaltest die Verkaufstheken kreativ
Beratung & Verkauf: Mit deinem Know-how führst du professionelle Gespräche und gehst aktiv auf unsere Kund:innen zu
Organisation: Du übernimmst die Warendisposition, kontrollierst die Qualität und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe hinter den Kulissen

Das zeichnet Dich aus

Qualifikation: Idealerweise bringst du mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel – z. B. als Fleischereifachverkäufer:in, Metzger:in oder Verkäufer:in an der Bedientheke bzw. Frischetheke
Warenkenntnisse: Fundiertes Wissen über Fleisch, Wurst, Käse und Fisch sowie sichere Kenntnisse in Warenkunde, Hygienevorschriften und HACCP.
Teamgeist: Du bringst Verantwortungsbewusstsein für Abläufe, Qualität und Warenpräsentation mit und verstehst es, dein Team zu motivieren und anzuleiten
Kundenkontakt: Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und trittst freundlich sowie serviceorientiert auf
