  • Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für die Planung und Entwicklung der Unternehmensinfrastruktur
  • Steuerung von Bau- und Infrastrukturprojekten von der Planung bis zur Fertigstellung
  • Koordination von Architekten, Fachplanern, Ingenieurbüros, Bauträgern, Bauunternehmen und weiteren Dienstleistern
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden und Begleitung von Genehmigungsverfahren
  • Sicherstellung von Kosten, Terminen, Qualität und Projekterfolg
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher, technischer sowie arbeitsschutzrechtlicher Anforderungen der Bauprojekte
  • Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen und regelmäßiges Reporting an die Geschäftsführung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Controlling zur Budgetplanung, Wirtschaftlichkeitsbewertung sowie zum laufenden Kosten- und Investitionscontrolling
  • Das bringen Sie mit
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Bau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bau-, Immobilien- oder Infrastrukturmanagement
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung und Steuerung größerer Bau- und Sanierungsprojekte
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bau-, Planungs- und Genehmigungsrecht
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz
  • Ausgeprägte Organisations-, Kommunikations- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
