Werden Sie Teil unseres Familienunternehmens. Für unseren Markt in Glückstadt suchen wir eine Abteilungsleitung (m/w/d) für unsere Fleischerei in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • das Zerlegen, Zuschneiden und die Verarbeitung von Fleisch und Fleischerzeugnissen
  • die Bestellungen, Warenannahme, Kontrolle und Reklamationen
  • Optimierung der Warenpräsentation im Tresen
  • der Verkauf unserer vielfältigen Fleisch- und Wurstprodukte
  • die Herstellung von Spezialitäten
  • die Sicherstellung eines hygienischen, sauberen Arbeitsplatzes gemäß den gesetzlichen und internen Richtlinien

Ihr Profil:

  • viel Freude am Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und Kunden
  • eine saubere Arbeitsweise
  • idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Verkauf oder Fleischerei-Handwerk, aber auch Quereinsteiger begrüßen wir gerne
