  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Einzelhandel und erste Berufserfahrung.
  • Du hast erste Erfahrung im Führen von Mitarbeitenden.
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer.

  • Du bist kunden- und serviceorientiert.

### Deine Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Du führst, motivierst und coachst dein Verkaufsteam und unterstützt deine Mitarbeiter in ihrer persönlichen Entwicklung.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Personaleinsatzplanung.
  • Du koordinierst eine inspirierende Warenpräsentation und trägst zur aktiven Warenbewirtschaftung bei.
  • Du siehst dich als Vorbild im Verkauf und stellst unsere Kunden ins Zentrum Deines Tuns.
