Zur Verstärkung unseres Büroteams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt kaufmännische Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit  (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung unseres Büroteams im Tagesgeschäft bei der Auftragsabwicklung und Kundenbetreuung
  • Angebotseinholung und Bestellung von Verbrauchsgütern für die Produktion
  • Bearbeitung von Speditionsanfragen und Erstellung von Versanddokumenten

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Vorzugsweise Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Maschinenbauindustrie oder HLK-Branche
  • Selbständige und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise sowie gute analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse der MS-Office Programme
  • Selbständiger teamorientierter Arbeitsstil
