Seit über 40 Jahren sind wir Ihr vertrauensvoller Partner in der kaufmännischen und technischen Verwaltung sowie der Optimierung von Miet- und Eigentumsimmobilien, Gewerbeobjekten und Wohn- und Geschäftshäusern im Großraum Wuppertal. Zusätzlich sind wir auf die Vermittlung von Immobilien in Wuppertal und Umgebung spezialisiert.

Aktuell suchen wir eine ausgebildete Immobilienkauffrau / einen Immobilienkaufmann mit Berufserfahrung in Vollzeit.

Der Schwerpunkt der Tätigkeit liegt in der WEG-Verwaltung.

Zum Aufgabengebiet gehört insbesondere die vollständige Betreuung von zugewiesenen Verwaltungsbeständen. Dazu gehört die selbständige Vorbereitung, Organisation und Durchführung von Wohnungseigentümerversammlungen. Die Kontaktpflege mit Verwaltungsbeiräten und Wohnungseigentümern, die Erstellung von Verwalterprotokollen, sowie das Führen der Beschlusssammlung und deren Umsetzung gehört ebenso zum Verantwortungsbereich.

Wir bieten ein eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, zusammen mit freundlichen und motivierten Kolleginnen und Kollegen. Regelmäßige Schulungsmaßnahmen und Seminare sind selbstverständlich.
