Key responsibilities include conducting one-on-one advising appointments in person, by phone, email, and via video conferencing, as well as initiating proactive outreach to support student success initiatives. The advisor is expected to remain current on curriculum, policies, and procedures, and to take initiative in identifying solutions, improving processes, and enhancing the student experience. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by Student Success leadership.
