Job Title: Academic Counsellor

Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday working, 1 weekday off)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Academic Counsellor who will manage both

walk-in (offline) and online student inquiries. The role involves counselling students and parents

visiting the center, as well as handling leads via calls and other channels to drive admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel walk-in students and parents at the center regarding courses, programs, and

career paths

Convert walk-in inquiries into admissions through effective counselling and relationship

building

Handle online leads through calls, follow-ups, and cold calling

Guide prospective students and address their queries to drive conversions

Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to ensure closure

Update and manage lead data in CRM systems

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processes

Requirements:

• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• •Experience in face-to-face counselling is highly preferred
• •Comfortable with cold calling and handling online leads
• •Target-oriented with a strong ability to convert leads
• •Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
• •Graduate in any discipline (English literature is preferred)
