As an Acceleration Center - DAT Assurance - AI- Experience Associate, you will engage with clients to transform their business processes using advanced digital solutions. Within our Assurance practice, you will assist clients in evaluating compliance with regulations and assessing governance and risk management processes. This role involves leveraging innovative tools like SAP, Oracle, and Workday to help clients manage risk and controls during their transformation journey.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to adapt to diverse client needs and team dynamics, using these challenges as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will take ownership of your development, apply a learning mindset, and consistently deliver quality work that drives value for our clients. You will gather information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns, enhancing your commercial awareness and understanding of the business context.

Responsibilities

• - Assisting in the evaluation of financial statements and internal controls to enhance credibility and reliability
• - Supporting business transformation projects by leveraging digital solutions such as SAP and Oracle
• - Utilizing ERP system integration skills to assess and manage risk and controls during client transformation journeys
• - Applying SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) knowledge to evaluate client approaches for ERP security and IT General Controls
• - Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to optimize client operations
• - Conducting security control assessments to validate compliance with regulations and governance processes
• - Gathering and analyzing information from various sources to discern patterns and inform recommendations
• - Collaborating with team members to deliver quality work and drive value for clients
• - Developing a personal brand by consistently delivering quality work and taking ownership of tasks
• - Adapting to diverse client needs and team dynamics in a fast-paced environment

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Management Information Systems & Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Science, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Accounting & Technology, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics and/or other relevant degree
• - At least 1 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required
