Description

SUMMARY

As an Account Development Manager, this position will grow Minnesota Air's residential and light commercial business through an assigned list of dealer accounts while actively adding new ones. • Build relationships at multiple levels of each account: owner, service manager, install manager, and purchasing.
  • Conduct business reviews with top accounts covering purchase trends, program participation, and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with inside sales and operations to resolve pricing, inventory, warranty, and account issues.
  • Maintain accurate account, activity, and pipeline records in HubSpot.
  • Communicate price changes, supply constraints, and product transitions to accounts proactively.

  • Provide field feedback on pricing, inventory, and competitive activity to sales leadership.
