Account Director

This role offers the opportunity to lead trusted client partnerships and integrated marketing initiatives within a fast-paced healthcare communications environment. You will serve as a senior client partner, helping shape brand priorities, marketing strategies, and impactful audience-focused programs. The position combines strategic account leadership with hands-on oversight of delivery, budgets, resources, and client relationships. You will work closely with strategy, creative, project management, and other multidisciplinary teams to turn business objectives into effective marketing solutions. As a strategic advisor, you will anticipate client needs, identify growth opportunities, and help strengthen long-term partnerships. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity aligned with a Commercial Communications capability.
