Account Development & Expansion

Own post-close relationships within your accounts, identifying expansion opportunities across adjacent workloads, business units, and geographies.

Develop account plans that map Ludia's full capability to the client's Dynamics 365 roadmap: Finance, Supply Chain, Field Service, Project Operations, Customer Insights, and beyond.

Partner with delivery leadership to ensure client satisfaction and position ongoing engagement opportunities before gaps open.

Sales Execution & Commercial Leadership

Maintain a disciplined, data-driven pipeline: accurate forecasting, consistent CRM hygiene, and clear next-step ownership on every active opportunity.

Lead internal deal reviews, scope briefings, and solution-to-client alignment sessions with delivery, architecture, and leadership teams.

Structure and negotiate commercial agreements: SOWs, T&M and fixed-fee arrangements, and milestone-based contracts, in partnership with delivery and legal.
