Curious about healthcare? Love working with people? Looking for a career where you can learn, contribute and make a difference?

We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and curious Account Executive to join our Client Services team at Cherry.

You'll work with talented people across Strategy, Creative and Client Services, helping deliver exciting healthcare communications projects for leading pharmaceutical and healthcare brands.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, loves learning and isn't afraid to ask questions or bring fresh ideas to the table.

What you'll be doing

Helping deliver great work: Support the planning and coordination of projects, keeping timelines, tasks and documentation organised and up to date.

Building relationships: Work closely with clients and colleagues, communicating clearly, following through on actions and helping keep everyone informed.

Taking ownership: Take responsibility for your tasks, pay attention to the details and proactively flag questions or potential challenges.

Getting curious: Learn about our clients, their brands and therapy areas, and how strategic and creative communications can make a difference.

Thinking beyond the brief: Contribute research, ideas and fresh thinking to client projects, pitches and opportunities to grow our accounts.

Developing your commercial understanding: Learn how projects are scoped, budgeted and delivered efficiently, supporting financial administration and reporting.

What we're looking for

You don't need to know everything about healthcare communications. We'll help you develop that expertise.

What matters most is your attitude, curiosity and willingness to get involved.

You'll bring:

Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.

Clear, confident communication and a collaborative approach to working with others.

Initiative, common sense and a willingness to take ownership and follow through.

Curiosity, enthusiasm and a genuine interest in healthcare, science and communications.

A positive approach to problem-solving, with the confidence to ask questions, share ideas and learn from feedback.

A background or qualification in science, life sciences or healthcare would be an advantage, as would previous experience in a communications agency, but neither is essential.

Why Cherry?

Great work. Great people. Real opportunities to grow.

At Cherry, you'll be part of a talented, supportive team creating communications that make a meaningful difference in healthcare.

You'll have the opportunity to work with leading international pharmaceutical and healthcare brands, gaining exposure to a fascinating variety of projects, from launching new treatments to developing creative campaigns that help healthcare professionals and patients better understand complex conditions.

We believe the best ideas come from working together. You'll collaborate with experienced colleagues across Client Services, Strategy, Creative and other specialist teams, learning how different skills and perspectives come together to solve real client challenges.

And you won't just be watching from the sidelines. We encourage everyone, whatever their level, to ask questions, share ideas, take ownership and make a contribution.

We're passionate about developing our people, providing the training, mentoring and hands-on experience to help you build your confidence, develop new skills and grow your career.

We're proud to have been recognised as a Great Place to Work for six consecutive years, including recognition for Best Workplace for Women, Wellbeing, and Consulting & Professional Services.

We work on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of three days per week in our office near London Bridge.

What we offer

Alongside a competitive salary and opportunities for ongoing professional development, we offer:

25 days' annual leave, increasing with service, plus Christmas office closure.

Flexible working opportunities, including 20 Work From Anywhere days per year.

Private health insurance, family travel insurance and enhanced employer pension contributions.

An annual wellbeing allowance and Employee Assistance Programme.

Enhanced family-friendly and women's health policies.

Two volunteering days per year.

Internal and external training, mentoring and opportunities for international secondments.

Regular social events and opportunities to connect with colleagues across the agency.

Ready to start your career in healthcare communications? We'd love to hear from you.
