Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Outreach: Utilize your expertise in outbound sales to identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and social media.
Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication to move prospects through the sales cycle.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services, effectively articulating their value proposition to potential clients.
Consultative Selling: Take a consultative approach to understand clients' needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions that address their unique business requirements.
Negotiation and Closing: Employ strong negotiation skills to navigate complex sales processes and successfully close deals, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Expectations in this role:
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of successful outbound sales experience in a similar role.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with social media / consumer brands and a proven ability to quickly grasp and communicate industry-specific value propositions.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
Results-Driven: A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Team Player: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate adaptability to evolving market conditions and customer needs.
New York City: This is an in-person role.
