- Develop compelling value propositions and business cases that connect CONNECT capabilities to measurable customer outcomes and support value-based selling
- Engage technical and business stakeholders, often at VP+ level and across multiple functions, to build strong buying coalitions
- Drive and close new SaaS/Cloud platform deals, with a focus on land-and-expand strategies
- Negotiate commercial terms in alignment with value delivered, usage patterns, and strategic fit
Strategic Feedback & GTM Iteration

- Inform commercial models, sales approaches, and playbooks for future scale
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, customer success, partnerships, sales enablement, and regional sales teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS or Cloud software sales experience, with demonstrated experience as an Account Executive or in a comparable quota-carrying sales role
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota, delivering against ARR targets, and closing complex enterprise deals
- Strong sales acumen, including territory and account planning, pipeline generation, value-based selling, stakeholder mapping, business-case development, and negotiation
- Experience working with or selling into asset-intensive industries such as energy, chemicals, or manufacturing is a plus
- Comfort engaging both technical stakeholders and senior business decision-makers (VP+)
- Demonstrated ability to identify expansion opportunities and grow strategic enterprise accounts
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message
- Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools
- Proficiency in leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve sales productivity, account research, prospecting, preparation, and overall commercial effectiveness
- A self-starter who can operate autonomously, take ownership of outcomes, and effectively influence cross-functional teams
Desired skills
- Enterprise SaaS seller with a strategic mindset and a strong customer-first approach
