You're an organized, proactive communicator who takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. You enjoy collaborating with others, managing multiple priorities, and finding ways to keep projects moving forward.

You have strong writing skills, an eye for detail, and a genuine interest in understanding the science behind healthcare innovations. Whether you've worked in pharmaceutical communications, consumer health, wellness, or another communications discipline, you're excited to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced agency environment.

What You'll Do

  • Support day-to-day communications programs for a global pharmaceutical client, with a focus on scientific data, healthcare innovation, and compelling storytelling.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread client-facing materials, including emails, social media content, status updates, and communications documents.
  • Coordinate weekly client agendas, hot lists, project timelines, and tracking documents to ensure deliverables stay organized and on schedule.
  • Support medical, legal, and regulatory review processes, ensuring materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with client requirements.
  • Monitor relevant media coverage, industry developments, and healthcare trends to identify insights and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across teams to support the timely execution of communications initiatives and client deliverables.
  • Partner with and provide day-to-day guidance to junior team members while contributing to a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrate ownership of assigned responsibilities, proactively anticipating next steps and maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.

Basic Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in public relations, communications, public affairs, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience or exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer health, or wellness communications.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently on assigned tasks, and communicate proactively with colleagues and clients.
  • Genuine interest in scientific storytelling, healthcare data, and the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Familiarity with medical, legal, and regulatory review processes is a plus.
  • Experience working in an agency environment or supporting multiple client deliverables is preferred.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to learn, share knowledge, and contribute to an inclusive team environment.
