Onboard new network members, including account creation, access management and troubleshooting support.

Support financial administration by validating and processing network POs and working with internal finance teams to resolve invoicing queries.

Act as a point of contact for Client's vendor accounts, liaising with vendors on event planning and account management, and resolving account or access issues.

Maintain documentation, floor plans and team databases.

Support other day-to-day operational tasks as needed.
