This position is remote-only for East Coast, US candidates. If you are based in New York City, we ask that you join our hybrid work environment.
About the Role
The Account Manager owns commercial outcomes across a large, mixed portfolio of rePurpose Global customers. This is a quota-carrying role responsible for renewals, expansion, and long-term account growth. You will work inside a CS pod alongside Customer Success Managers, partnering closely to develop account plans, surface opportunities, and ensure customers are getting measurable value from the platform. You will also help build the playbook — this function is new, and you will have direct influence over how it operates.
