What will you do
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts post-onboarding.
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders.
3. Understand client business objectives and align them with Sell.do’s CRM capabilities.
4. Drive product adoption, feature usage, and overall engagement to maximize customer ROI.
5. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with Sales to drive account growth.
6. Monitor account health metrics, proactively addressing risks and challenges.
7. Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and feedback sessions with clients.
8. Collaborate with Product and Support teams to ensure timely issue resolution and feature requests.
What you should bring to the table
1. 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relationship roles—preferably in a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
2. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while paying strong attention to detail.
3. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
4. Experience working with CRM platforms or in the PropTech/Real Estate domain is a plus.
5. Ability to think strategically and advocate for the customer while balancing business goals.
6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
