In unserer Business Unit Advanced Surgery unterstützen wir Chirurginnen und Chirurgen mit innovativen Lösungen zur Blutstillung, Gewebeversiegelung und Verbesserung von Behandlungsergebnissen.
Als Account Manager (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die strategische Entwicklung Ihres Vertriebsgebiets, bauen nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen auf und leisten einen direkten Beitrag zur Verbesserung der Patientenversorgung.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung Ihres Klinikgebiets
- Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu Chirurg:innen, Einkauf, Apotheke und Klinikmanagement
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung individueller Account-Strategien zur Ausschöpfung von Marktpotenzialen
- Durchführung von Produktschulungen, Workshops sowie Begleitung von Eingriffen im OP
- Unterstützung von Produkteinführungen und wissenschaftlichen Veranstaltungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Medical Affairs sowie weiteren internen Schnittstellen
Ihr Profil
- Studium im naturwissenschaftlichen, medizinischen, gesundheitsökonomischen oder wirtschaftlichen Bereich bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Pharmareferentenprüfung (IHK) oder Sachkenntnis nach §75 AMG
- Mehrjährige erfolgreiche Vertriebs- oder Key-Account-Erfahrung im Pharma-, Medizintechnik- oder Klinikumfeld
- Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und strategischer Blick auf Kunden- und Marktpotenziale
- Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
- Freude am Arbeiten im OP-Umfeld und mit medizinischen Experten
- Gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen
