Aufgaben:

  • Auf- und Ausbau partnerschaftlicher Geschäftskundenbeziehungen im Bereich der Personaldienstleistung
  • Bewertung der Potentiale von Kundenunternehmen, Durchführung der Akquise sowie Identifikation derer Bedürfnisse
  • Zusammenführung qualifizierter Kandidaten und attraktiver Unternehmen
  • Sicherstellung des kontinuierlichen Einsatzes der Mitarbeiter
  • Personalverantwortung durch individuelle Betreuung und Förderung der Mitarbeiter
  • Verhandlung von Vertragskonditionen auf Geschäftskunden- und Kandidatenseite sowie Angebotserstellung

Profil:

  • Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbar, alternativ Kaufmann mit Technikaffinität
  • erste Vertriebserfahrung im Bereich Personal- oder Ingenieurdienstleistung oder im technischen Umfeld
  • ausgeprägter „Jagdinstinkt“ gepaart mit Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
