Deine Aufgaben:

  • Präsentation unserer forcont-Anwendungsprodukte bei Bestandskunden – remote oder vor Ort
  • Durchführung von Beratungsgesprächen mit Bestandskunden
  • Beantwortung technischer und funktionaler Rückfragen während des Vertriebsprozesses
  • Eigenständige Erstellung und Versendung von Angeboten an Bestandskunden
  • Verantwortlichkeit und Pflege der Kundendaten im CRM-System (HubSpot)
  • Laufende Aktualisierung des Salesforcastes
  • Erstellung und Durchführung von Kampagnen zusammen mit Marketing & Professional Services
  • Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit dem Bereich Professional Services

  • Offene, kommunikative, aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit
  • Sichere Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch
