WHO YOU ARE:

• •A millwright, machinist, mechanical engineer or trades person looking for a change. Take your experience and knowledge and apply it to many different industries and environments. Use that experience to benefit your customers, work with your mind and take a load off your body.
• •You are curious, driven to solve problems and bring innovative solutions to the customer.
• •You understand that sales today is about consultation, problem solving and creating value for customers.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Positions available in Esterhazy, Yorkton and Regina area.
• You will build relationships and become the customers first call when they have a problem or need. Set your own schedule and priorities to deliver customer value.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will:

• •Using your technical experience, work to become a trusted consultant, problem solver and first call for your customers
• •Deliver solutions-based proposals and products to address customer needs and goals
• •Operate independently and with support of Motion Specialists and Shop Services teams
• •Call on established customers to support and grow the business
• •Consult with site (maintenance, reliability, engineering, procurement) to understand their operational pain points and improvement goals
• •Drive cost savings, efficiencies and increased safety in the customers operations
• •Utilize manufacturer representatives to assist in solving customer issues and demonstrations
• •Learn about Motions diverse product and services offerings
• •Participate in Motion and manufacturer training
• •Share your big ideas, learn from your mistakes, ask for help and lend a hand when needed
