This role is responsible for overseeing the execution of complex projects and integrated campaigns, ensuring operational excellence while taking on a more analytical and business-oriented approach. Serves as the first strategic and quality filter for deliverables before they reach the client. They interface strongly with leadership from other agency departments and begin to actively own the financial health and profitability of the account.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the liaison between client leaders and internal teams, managing the process and work delivery for the Monks team.

Schedule, track, and prioritize tasks to balance resources and workload, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining a steady workflow of deliverables.

Receive and fully understand briefs, as well as receive, translate, and relay client feedback to the internal team (questioning the rationale behind it when necessary).

Deliver presentations, defend agency ideas, and ensure the delivered work exceeds client expectations.

Evaluate the pros and cons of completed projects with the goal of improving processes and workflows.

Skills & Knowledge:

Advanced English or Spanish.

Interest in the fashion and beauty industry.

IA skills.

Knowledge of social media content.

Strong client relationship skills;

Availability to work on-site in São Paulo twice a week is required
