### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Operative Buchhaltung: Eigenständige Bearbeitung der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung sowie des täglichen Zahlungsverkehrs.
  • Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse: Aktive Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Quartalsabschlüssen nach HGB (German GAAP).
  • Schnittstellen & IFRS: Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung internationaler Rechnungslegungsstandards ( IFRS ) und reibungslose Zusammenarbeit mit externen Wirtschaftsprüfern.
  • Bank- und Steuerangelegenheiten: Betreuung des Bankenmanagements, Unterstützung bei lokalen Steuer- und gesetzlichen Themen.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Ansprechpartner für interne Fachbereiche und Lieferanten bei finanzrelevanten Fragestellungen.

### Ihr Profil:

  • Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (Muttersprache oder C2) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse für die internationale Kommunikation.
  • Ausbildung & Berufserfahrung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. als Steuerfachangestellte/r oder Industriekaufmann/-frau) oder ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium (BWL / Finanzen) mit erster Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen.
  • Fachwissen: Fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen Handelsrecht ( HGB ) und Grundverständnis von IFRS .
  • Systemkompetenz: Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel) und gängigen ERP-Systemen (idealerweise SAP FI oder DATEV).
  • Persönlichkeit: Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität.
