  • Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen
  • Erstellung und Fakturierung von Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Erfassung, Aktivierung, Verwaltung und Ausbuchung des Anlagevermögens
  • Durchführung von Kontenabstimmungen sowie Klärung offener Posten
  • Interne und externe Kommunikation mit Fachabteilungen und Geschäftspartnern
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Stammdaten
  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen administrativen Tätigkeiten im Rechnungswesen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in SAP R/3 FI, AA und MM von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Microsoft Excel
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
