- - Resolve accounting issues with confidence by analyzing exceptions, researching discrepancies and working with colleagues to reach clear, compliant solutions.
- - Improve expense and card program accuracy by reconciling employee expense reports against card charges, researching past-due accounts and identifying issues that require action.
- - Create clear financial insight through schedules, analyses and reporting that give leaders the information they need to make informed decisions.
- - Build deep accounting expertise across systems, processes and country-specific requirements, creating opportunities to improve how accounting work gets done in a global environment.

- - At least four years of combined experience in accounts payable, general accounting and/or audit, with a strong understanding of accounting processes and controls.
- - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate exceptions, resolve issues and know when to escalate more complex matters.
- - Proficiency with accounting applications and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work confidently with high volumes of financial information.
- - Clear English communication skills, enabling you to communicate effectively with colleagues, explain policy requirements and resolve questions through written and verbal communication.
- - A detail-focused and accountable approach, with the discipline to follow established processes while looking for opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- It’s a bonus if you have
- - Experience working in a multinational environment, giving you insight into working across different markets, processes and requirements.
- - Experience with Oracle, SAP Ariba or automated expense management tools, allowing you to quickly build expertise across Global Payments’ accounting systems.
- - Experience managing employee expense or card programs, including reconciliations, expense audits, payment status inquiries and exception handling.
