Accounting Manager - Revenue

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager - Revenue to oversee revenue accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls within a growing healthcare services environment. This role combines technical accounting expertise with a deep understanding of healthcare reimbursement and revenue cycle management. You will take ownership of the monthly revenue close, accounts receivable valuation, and financial oversight of outsourced revenue cycle management operations. Working closely with Finance, Operations, and Technology teams, you will identify revenue leakage, strengthen financial controls, and improve cash collection processes. You will also lead system integration enhancements and automated reporting initiatives to build scalable, efficient financial workflows.
