This Position reports to:

Accounting & Reporting Manager - General

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support account receivables and/or credit activities in line with defined strategies, policies, and procedures. Each day, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing record to report data. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with the relevant accounting standards.

This role is contributing to the ELBA in INDIA

You will be mainly accountable for:

• •Performing general accounting activities, applying techniques and standards to the classification and recoding of financial transactions.
• •Executing quality checks on financial reporting data, including fluctuations monitoring.
• •Complying with and helping achieve Internal control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) compliance in General Accounting team for applicable templates and participating in internal control testing and preparing relevant documentation.
• •Assisting with data gathering, data entry, and basic financial analysis to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial statements.

Qualifications for the role :

• •You are immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with GA Payroll Accounting team .
• •Ability to demonstrate your experience in / Have established skills / advanced skills / You have minimum of 4-5 years of experience in General Accounting .
• •Should have Strong Payroll Accounting knowledge in SAP along with WORKDAY.
• •Preparing Balance sheet account reconciliations.
• •Should have working knowledge in Cadency (Trin tech) SAP, S4Hana
• •Should have knowledge in Payroll accruals accounting.
• •Performing general accounting activities and recording financial transactions.
• •Executing accounting analyses and reports in support of finance and business leaders.
• •Producing reports, statement of accounts, reconciliations, statements of sourcing.
• •Multi-Tasking performance.
• •Ready to accept New Challenges.
• •Handling month end book closing activities.
• •Handling Audit Quires.
• •Recommend changes of process standards and procedures to improve the timely performance of process activities. Identifying areas for process / report standardization across different countries.
• •Flexible to work in any shifts.
