• This is a fully remote leadership opportunity focused on driving consistent, high-quality accounting delivery across a portfolio of consumer packaged goods (CPG) clients.
• You will lead and develop a team of Client Leads and accounting professionals while maintaining accountability for team performance, quality, and client outcomes.
• The role combines people leadership, technical accounting expertise, client escalation support, and capacity management in a fast-moving professional services environment.
• You will coach leaders through complex CPG challenges including trade promotions, deductions, inventory, landed costs, multi-channel revenue, and margin pressure.
• Success requires the ability to lead effectively in a remote environment, establish high standards, and develop team members without creating dependency.
• You will maintain selective hands-on client involvement to stay close to CPG accounting complexities and provide credible guidance when high-stakes situations arise.
