Accounting Specialist / Mitarbeiter Buchhaltung (m/w/d)

in Teilzeit ab 20 Wochenstunden

Sie arbeiten gerne mit Zahlen, behalten den Überblick und legen Wert auf eine sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise? Dann freuen wir uns darauf, Sie kennenzulernen!

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Überwachung und Abstimmung offener Posten
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Kontenabstimmung und allgemeine buchhalterische Tätigkeiten
  • Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten
  • Allgemeine kaufmännische und administrative Aufgaben

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung oder Rechnungswesen von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungssoftware
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit
