The Accounting Operations Associate is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting processes including transaction entry, reconciliation, and reporting activities. This role ensures accurate financial documentation, compliance with internal controls, and timely resolution of discrepancies to maintain operational integrity within the finance function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• ​​• Process daily accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entries.
• •Reconcile bank statements, ledger accounts, and identify and resolve discrepancies.
• •Assist with month-end and year-end close activities ensuring accurate and timely financial data.
• •Prepare standard financial reports and maintain organized records in compliance with internal policies.
• •Support internal and external audit requests through accurate data compilation and documentation.
• •Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve routine accounting issues.
• •Ensure compliance with applicable accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.​

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• ​​• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• •1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations within a corporate environment.
• •Experience with accounting systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.​
