Accounts Executive

Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to support the day-to-day accounting and finance activities of the organization. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• •Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
• •Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.
• •Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• •Reconcile bank statements, cash collections, and payment records.
• •Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing systems.
• •Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• •Support GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation.
• •Coordinate with restaurant operations teams for billing and expense tracking.
• •Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• •Ensure accuracy of financial data and maintain confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

• •B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• •0–2 years of experience in Accounts or Finance.
• •Freshers with strong accounting knowledge can apply.
• •Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping principles.
• •Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas preferred).
• •Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar is an advantage.
