Accounts Payable Analyst | Docklands-based hybrid role (Wed-Fri onsite)

The Role

Join Bega Group as an AP Processing Analyst, supporting accurate and efficient accounts payable activities across multiple ERP systems and robotic process automation tools. You will resolve supplier queries, complete reconciliations and ensure invoices and credit notes comply with established controls. Working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, you will partner with buyers and other stakeholders to improve invoice matching, strengthen system compliance and deliver accurate daily reporting and month-end activities.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and compliant processing of invoices and credit notes
  • Partner with buyers and stakeholders to improve three-way matching and drive GEP and SAP compliance
  • Resolve supplier and stakeholder enquiries within KPI timeframes, providing guidance on processes and policies
  • Prepare daily reports, support month-end activities and analyse data to identify trends and inform decisions
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement across Accounts Payable operations

About You

  • Ideally you have some Accounts Payable experience, ideally gained within FMCG, retail or a similarly fast-paced industry
  • Sound knowledge of invoice processing and accounts payable practices
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to investigate issues, interpret data trends and develop practical solutions
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with confidence building effective relationships across internal teams, customers and suppliers
  • An adaptable and collaborative approach, with strong prioritisation, resilience, decision-making and reporting capabilities
